FuelStop has partnered with ENCORE, a leading Environmental Compliance Organization with 28+ years experience and over 100 retail gas station projects.

 

FuelStop and ENCORE have developed a detailed plan for unit placement that meets all Federal and State Requirements.

Each site will meet the following:

  • Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations per 40 CFR 112

  • State-level petroleum tank registration and compliance

  • Air Permit (typically County or State level)

  • Fire Permit / HMIS / Tier II Reporting

  • Stormwater Permitting
